Here are a few worth building:
1. Review your day.
At the end of each day, ask yourself: What went well? What felt off? What would I try differently tomorrow? It takes two minutes, but the insights add up fast.
2. Track one behavior.
Pick one thing you're working on--journaling, exercising, reaching out to a friend--and track it. Not to be perfect, but to build awareness. Tracking turns vague goals into something you can see and measure.
3. Schedule your growth.
Put it on the calendar. One small task, one small habit, one small block of time. If you treat self-improvement like a side project, it'll stay optional. If you schedule it, it becomes real.
4. Use friction to your advantage.
Make good habits easier to start. Put your journal next to your coffee. Lay out your gym clothes the night before. Remove tiny barriers that slow you down.
